Babel (2009) Babel is an electromechanical sound sculpture that translates language directly into sound. The keys of a manual typewriter are wired to a series of electromagnetic solenoids that strike corresponding keys on an acoustic piano. Babel is an instrument for text-based sound performances that examine the possibility of universal communication, the barriers of language, and the encryption of meaning. CAMERA & EDITING Noah Stout

The Museum of Modern Nature (2010) The Museum of Modern Nature was a small mobile museum that focused on the evolution and trajectory of "Nature" in contemporary consumer culture. The museum collected contemporary artifacts that displayed civilization's increasingly synthetic, anthropomorphic, exploitative, and domesticating relationships to the natural world.
